A rotating brace for treating clubfoot, consisting of a rod 1 adjustable in length, with a rotating head 5 at each end of the bar 1. Each head 5 is connected to a plate 7, which is further attached to the sole 10 of a shoe 11. The connection between the plate 7 and head 5 is a sliding connection between a mating configuration 5 7, which is locked in place by button 6. The heads 5 may spin relative to the rod 1 so that the angle is varied according to an angular scale, and locked in place by a screw 12 to prevent further rotation.
