<p>The present invention relates to a water-insoluble cutting oil, and more specifically, a water-insoluble cutting oil having recycled oil, a sulfur-based extreme pressure agent, and a highly lubricating polymer additive. The water-insoluble cutting oil uses recycled oil instead of mineral oil, and also includes a sulfur-based extreme pressure additive and a highly lubricating polymer additive to overcome flowability and heat resistance caused by using the utilization of the recycled oil. According to the present invention, the water-insoluble cutting oil includes mineral oil, fat oil, an inert extreme pressure agent, an anti-oxidant agent, a corrosion inhibitor, an anti-foaming agent, a non-ferrous metal corrosion inhibitor, and other additives. The water-insoluble cutting oil includes: recycled oil replacing the mineral oil; a sulfur-based extreme pressure agent prepared by dissolving sulfur in ester-based oil to combat the inert extreme pressure agent; and additionally a highly lubricating polymer additive to overcome flowability and heat resistance of the fat oil. The present invention uses recycled oil which recycles waste oil instead of existing mineral oil, thereby being capable of being produced at a 30% lower cost, recycling incinerated and dumped waste oil, and protecting the environment and substituting import.</p> |
