<p>The objective of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for removing a piston of a vehicle brake caliper which can remove the piston from a cylinder of a caliper housing conveniently and rapidly through forward and backward driving of a driving cylinder after a taper cylinder body and a divided cylinder body are inserted into the piston in the state in which the caliper housing is fixed, and thus improves the overall operation of the system during the decomposition process. The apparatus for removing the piston of the vehicle brake caliper of the present invention comprises a support as well as front and rear cylinder rods which operate forward and backward separately in the front and rear parts. The front cylinder rod comprises: a driving cylinder which has a through-hole in the center and a front end of the rear cylinder rod connected to the support through a horizontal axis; a jig axis which is inserted into the through-hole of the front cylinder rod and has an inserted rear end fixed to a fixing member in the cylinder body; a taper cylinder body which is fixed to the exposed front end of the jig axis; a divided cylinder body which has a taper hole corresponding to an external diameter of a taper shape of the taper cylinder body in the center and is divided into several parts along the circumferential direction which are combined by means of a rubber ring and has the external diameter to be inserted into the piston of the caliper housing that is to be removed; a circular cylinder body which is located between the divided cylinder body and the front cylinder rod of the driving cylinder; and a fixing unit for fixing the caliper housing to the support.</p> |
