The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a radiator box or an intercooler box and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a radiator box or an intercooler box, which comprises: manufacturing a radiator box or an intercooler box (3) as a plastic box (3) integrated with a seal (9) by a second component injection molding using an injection tool (1), wherein the injection tool (1) includes a movable slider core (1c) as a first main part (1a), a second main part (1b), and a third main part (1c); forming a first joint (11) for manufacturing at least a portion of a plastic box by the first, second, and third main parts (1a, 1b, 1c); and forming a second joint (12) for manufacturing a seal component (9) adjacent to the first joint (11) by relative motion of the movable slider core (1c). |
