The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling pressure of a reciprocating machine comprising: a housing; a cylinder block including multiple cylinder bores; a piston accommodated to be reciprocated with respect to the cylinder bore; a driving shaft rotating with respect to the housing; a piston driving means to drive the piston; a suction/discharge valve installed to face the bottom of the piston; a suction chamber and a discharge chamber formed in the housing by interposing the suction/discharge valve; an oil pump fixed to the driving shaft; and a washer for controlling pressure attached to one lateral surface of the oil pump. Moreover, the apparatus for controlling pressure of a reciprocating machine comprises: a bearing to freely support rotation of the driving shaft in the cylinder block; a bearing nut combined to be relatively rotated with the circumference of the driving shaft, and having a groove for fixing having multiple unevenness in an inner circumferential surface; and an integrated rotation preventing plate to prevent rotation of the bearing nut, and to control pressure while oil is separated from passing oil and a refrigerant. Therefore, the present invention has effects of reducing the number of components as an integrated rotation preventing plate performs a conventional role of a washer for controlling pressure and an oil pump, and reducing costs thereby.
