<p>The present invention relates to a screening method for an agent for preventing or treating occlusive vascular diseases using SIRT1. If SIRT1 in the present invention is activated, expression of PAFR which is a receptor of platelet activating factors in a vascular smooth muscle cell decreases, and the occlusive vascular disease is inhibited. Therefore, it is possible to screen the agent for preventing or treating occlusive vascular disease by using SIRT1.</p> |
