The apparatus for monitoring the interest objects in real time according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the smart camera module (100), a one-shot data communication module (200), and a field control server module (300). The smart camera module (100) includes a camera module body (110), a PTZ camera part (120), an infrared position setting unit (130), a solar panel (140), a power supply unit (150), and a smart control unit (160).
