<p>The invention relates to a cylinder housing (1) for an internal combustion engine for an automobile, including a main channel (5) for circulating oil, a mounting (6) for an oil filter arranged on a front surface (3A) of said cylinder housing, and an intermediate channel (7) leading, on one side, into said main channel for circulating oil and, on the other side, onto said front surface of said cylinder housing at said mounting, wherein said intermediate channel is a channel produced by casting. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing such a housing and a housing mould for implementing said method.</p> |
