Disclosed is an image complex remote monitoring system for an offshore plant. The image complex remote monitoring system for an offshore plant includes an offshore plant and a land operation center. The offshore plant comprises: an environment information collecting part collecting environmental information regarding the offshore plant′s surrounding environment; a camera collecting image information providing a surrounding image of the offshore plant; and a control part performing a control operation to process the information collected by the environment information collecting part and the information collected by the camera and to transmit the information to the land operation center through an antenna at the offshore plant. The land operation center comprises: an analyzing and processing part receiving the transmitted information through the antenna of the land operation center and decoding the information to be stored into a database; and a multi-stage database storing the decoded information and managing the stored information; and a terminal providing the information to a user in real time. The image complex remote monitoring system can provide the user with the image information as well as information regarding the offshore plant.
