The device has a plate (4) including a connection hole (11) to receive a connection element (3). The hole comprises a fixing aperture adapted to allow fixing of the connection element in a fixing position in which a rear part (7) of the connection element extends to a rear side of the plate and a front part (8) of the element extends in a front side of the plate. The hole has a mounting aperture (12) with dimension greater than the fixing aperture and adapted to allow passage of the connection element in integrity.
