Disclosed is an apparatus for forming a photo-alignment film. The apparatus for forming the photo-alignment film according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a stage part which transfers a substrate coated with an alignment material in a first direction, a bridge part which is located across the upper side of the stage part in a second direction which is orthogonal to the first direction on a plane, a light emitting unit which emits UV on the substrate coated with the alignment material, and a measurement unit which is moved between the stage part and the light emitting unit to measure the illumination and angle of the UV emitted from the light emitting unit. |
