<p>In order to prevent deterioration of electric characteristics this band pass filter has: a dielectric substrate that has top and bottom surfaces facing each other and extends in the axial direction of a waveguide tube; a pair of conductor layers that are provided on the top and bottom surfaces of the dielectric substrate; two rows of sidewall through hole groups that are formed at predetermined intervals in the axial direction of the waveguide tube while electrically connecting the pair of conductor layers; and multiple through holes that are arranged parallel to the axial direction of the waveguide tube at the center of a waveguide which is formed in a region surrounded by the pair of conductor layers and the two rows of sidewall through hole groups and electrically connect the pair of conductor layers.</p> |
