[Problem] To provide a solar cell, which has low costs, high reliability and high conversion efficiency. [Solution] A solar cell manufacturing method, wherein: a second conductivity-type layer and an antireflection film are formed by lamination on a first conductivity-type semiconductor substrate; a conductive paste containing conductive particles and glass frits is applied to a predetermined location on the antireflection film; and an electrode is formed by firing the semiconductor substrate having the conductive paste applied thereto, said electrode penetrating the antireflection film and being electrically connected to the second conductivity-type layer. The semiconductor substrate having the conductive paste applied thereto is continuously heat-treated just after the firing without return to a room temperature. |
