The device is used to draw water accumulated into a washing drum and sprinkle the water to the laundry in the washing drum, it can lower the difficulty to arrange the structure for sprinkling all the water to the laundry. The device (1) includes: a main body (12), mounted on the inner circumference (5E) of the washing drum (5); an inlet (13), mounted on the lower end (12C) of the main body (12); a waterway (15); and an outlet (14), mounted on the surface(12B) of the upper end (12D) of the main body (12). The water drawn by the inlet (13) from the washing drum (5) is inducted through the waterway (15), drained from the outlet (14) and sprinkled to the laundry (S) in the washing drum (5). The outlet (14) has long inner circumference (5E) in the circle direction Y, the vertical width in the middle of the outlet (14) is narrower than in the circle direction Y.
