　The purpose of the present invention is to provide a photochromic material with which window glass may be endowed with photochromic functionality, without the need to replace the window glass. Provided is a photochromic material having an adhesive layer, including at least one shape-imparting resin sheet having protrusions on one surface, and an adhesive layer arranged on the other surface of the shape-imparting resin sheet, wherein the absolute value of the difference between refractive index A and refractive index B is 0.2 or less, where A denotes the refractive index of the shape-imparting resin sheet and B denotes the refractive index of the adhesive layer.
