The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a flange for an exhaust gas recirculation separately formed and combined using hydroforming and a press method and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a flange for an exhaust gas recirculation separately formed and combined using hydroforming and a press method, wherein in forming and manufacturing a flange installed on the final part of an exhaust gas heat exchanger, which is one among constituent elements of the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) of a vehicle, the flange is separately formed, combined and finished by applying an optimal forming method among hydroforming and a press method depending on the characteristics of each process of forming a flange. The method for manufacturing a flange for an exhaust gas recirculation composed of a body (1), a first end cap (20), a second end cap (30) and a gasket (40) comprises: a body forming process (S100); a first end cap combining process (S200); a second end cap combining process (S300); and a gasket combining process (S400). |
