PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless power transmission system compatible with two transmission methods and capable of suppressing a reduced transmission efficiency from a power transmission device to a power reception device.SOLUTION: A wireless power transmission system 1 transmits electric power from a power transmission device 10 to a power reception device 20, using magnetic field coupling between a power transmission coil 12 and a power reception coil 21. The power transmission device 10 includes: a power transmission circuit 11 for generating an electric signal for power transmission; a first power transmission coil 12a associated with a first transmission method; a second power transmission coil 12b associated with a second transmission method; a first magnetic substance 13a on which the first power transmission coil 12a is mounted; a second magnetic substance 13b on which the second power transmission coil 12b is mounted; and a power supply plane 16a on which the power reception device 20 is mounted. A first attachment face 14a of the first magnetic substance 13a and a second attachment face 14b of the second magnetic substance 13b are disposed on the same plane parallel to the power supply face 16a at the lower side of the power supply plane 16a. |
