PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma spray device capable of forming a high-quality spray coating film while discontinuing a shield with which the conventional plasma spray device is provided.SOLUTION: A plasma spray device 10 includes: a plasma gun 1 which emits a jet of plasma jet PJ toward a workpiece W; a powder supply part 2 which is disposed on a front position in a plasma jet injection direction (X direction) rather than the plasma gun 1, stores material powder PW and supplies the material powder PW to the plasma jet PJ; and a gas supply part 3 which is disposed on a position of the outer side than an outer diameter of the plasma gun 1 and on the rear side with respect to the plasma jet injection direction rather than the powder supply part 2, is provided with a slit 3a and emits a jet of gas G at an angle inclined with respect to the plasma jet injection direction toward the plasma jet PJ from the slit 3a. Therein, a constitutional member is not provided in a front space in the plasma jet injection direction rather than the powder supply part 2. |
