PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rectifier circuit and radio communication equipment, capable of achieving signal detection even after a weak AC voltage signal is input.SOLUTION: The rectifier circuit comprises: a field effect transistor; and a bias voltage generating circuit. The field effect transistor comprises: a control terminal; a first current I/O terminal with P-type diffusion layer as an electrode; and a second current I/O terminal with N-type diffusion layer as an electrode. The bias voltage generating circuit applies a DC voltage between the control terminal and the second current I/O terminal. |
