PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an occurrence recording claim from a creditor to be received with one occurrence recording claim file including a plurality of occurrence recording claims different in settlement account and to improve efficiency and convenience of work in the creditor.SOLUTION: An occurrence recording claim of a first electronic recording credit including information about a plurality of occurrence recording claims designated by a creditor is received from a creditor terminal, the received occurrence recording claim of the first electronic recording credit is analyzed, and information about the occurrence recording claim is extracted one by one from the information about the plurality of occurrence recording claims included in the occurrence recording claim of the first electronic recording credit. Thus, the occurrence recording claim of the first electronic recording credit is divided into a plurality of occurrence recording claims of a second electronic recording credit, an occurrence recording claim of the second electronic recording credit is generated on the basis of information about the occurrence recording claim extracted one by one, and the plurality of divided occurrence recording claims of the second electronic recording credit are transmitted to an electronic credit recording institution system. |
