PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device which is environmental friendly and can efficiently extract driving force. ! SOLUTION: A driving device 10 has a first rotor part 1a and a second rotor part 2a. The first rotor part 1a is supported rotatably about an axis and has a cylindrical shape. The second rotor part 2a is disposed to surround an outer surface 1c of the first rotor part 1a and supported rotatably about the axis and has a cylindrical shape. One of the outer surface 1c of the first rotor part 1a and the inner surface 2c of the second rotor part 2a is configured such that N poles and S poles of permanent magnets are alternately arranged along a circumferential direction; and the other of the outer surface 1c of the first rotor part 1a and the inner surface 2c of the second rotor part 2a is made of a conductor. !
