A method and device for transmitting HARQ ACK/NACK are provided. In a wireless communication system supporting the carrier aggregation of a time division duplex (TDD)-based first serving cell and a frequency division duplex (FDD)-based second serving cell, the present invention includes generating an HARQ response signal based on the number of scheduled PDSCHs indicated by the value of an ULDAI field in an uplink DCI format, and the number of downlink subframes associated with one uplink subframe. The number of downlink subframes associated with the one uplink subframe is, e.g., five or six, and the HARQ response signal is generated in association with a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) format 3. |
