Provided is a simple pressure regulation room which offers a high degree of freedom of pressure regulation, and which can be used comfortably by the user. The room is provided with a chamber capable of accommodating the user in the interior, and a door separating the inside and the outside of the chamber, and is provided with a pressure regulation mechanism which has a plurality of three-way valves for switching the state of communication between the inside and the outside of the chamber, a pressure regulation valve having a variable degree of opening, and a pump situated between one of the three-way valves and another of the three-way valves, and which is switchable between a state of changing the pressure of the air inside the chamber, and a state of maintaining a constant pressure. |
