PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus with a lid including an outer lid and an inner lid capable of preventing a housing or the lid from getting damaged.SOLUTION: When a lid 120 is moved to rotate in a closing direction from a fourth state (second predetermined state), in which the lid 120 is in an open state and an outer lid 210 is positioned at a lock position, toward a first state (first predetermined state), a protection part 214 of the outer lid 210 abuts on a guide part 250 of the housing 110 within a gap Z. In the protection part 214 of the outer lid 210 a part which abuts on the guide part 250 of the housing 110, and in the guide part 250 of the housing 110, a part which abuts on the protection part 214 of the outer lid 210, inclined planes 214a, 250a are formed so as to be separated away from the bottom plane 111a as getting away from a rotational axis X. |
