<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary powder compression molding device that can manufacture a compression-molded product while keeping the product in a targeted thickness irrespective of temperature change.SOLUTION: A rotary powder compression molding device 1, which allows a rod tip interval in a compression molding position in which powder is compression molded, to be changed by a rod tip interval adjusting mechanism 28 that adjusts a height of at least one of an upper rod 15 and a lower rod 16, comprises a molded product sensor 51 and a control device 61 that has a pressure control portion 61a and a rod tip interval control portion 61b. The molded product sensor 51 detects a height of a compression-molded product on the lower rod 16 moved to a height detection position for a molded product set on a downstream side of the compression molding position and an upstream side of a scraper 34. The rod tip interval control portion 61b determines variations in height of the compression-molded product on the basis of the height of the compression-molded product to be detected by the molded product sensor 51 and a reference value of height for the molded product registered before the detection of the height, controls the rod tip interval adjusting mechanism 28 by control output responding to the value, and changes the rod tip interval so that the thickness of the compression-molded product is equal to the target value.</p> |
