PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding-up apparatus or the like capable of suppressing an image formation material such as ink from being transferred from a printing surface of a printing medium to a roller section.SOLUTION: A winding-up apparatus comprises: a winding shaft 205 wound with a roll sheet fed from a printer having a feeding section feeding the roll sheet; a power input section 206 input with power from the feeding section; a winding side power transmission mechanism transmitting the power input to the power input section 206 to the winding shaft 205; and a roller unit 208 being movable between a first position where the roll sheet is bent and a second position where the roll sheet is bent with an angle less than that of the first position while being moved from the printer to the winding shaft 205 and being applied with force toward the first position. The roller unit 208 has a roller section 243 provided with unevenness and a roller shaft 244 supporting the roller section 243 in a rotatable manner on an outer peripheral surface adjacent to a printing surface of the roll sheet subjected to printing by the printer.
