The present invention relates to a very low temperature peroxide cross-linked sunlight cable. More particularly, the present invention relates to a very low temperature peroxide cross-linked sunlight cable capable of reducing manufacturing costs and simplifying manufacturing processes. A compound composed of inorganic flame retardant 150~200 wt% to base resin 100 wt%, sub flame retardant 5~10 wt%, plasticizer 20~30 wt%, cross linker 5~10 wt% is cross-linked with peroxide by a cross linking method through conductor or insulator. Thereby, it can be used at -60°C in polar regions. It is manufactured by a peroxide cross linking method so that manufacturing processes can be simplified and manufacturing costs can be saved.
