<p>A washing machine comprises a clutch unit provided to selectively transmit power generated in a driving device to a drum and a pulsator. The clutch unit comprises: an external shaft where the drum is connected to an upper side to rotate the drum; an internal shaft positioned inside the external shaft, where the pulsator is connected to an upper side to rotate the pulsator; and a one-way bearing installed between the internal shaft and the external shaft. The one-way bearing is provided to selectively transmit a rotational force from the external shaft to the internal shaft in accordance with a rotational direction of the external shaft. According to the configuration, the configuration of the clutch unit can be simplified. Moreover, the present invention is capable of realizing space utilization.</p>
