摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which variations in current value caused by variations in a threshold voltage of a transistor are suppressed, a deviation from a luminance level specified by a video signal is small, and a duty ratio is high.SOLUTION: A display device includes a pixel including a load 116, a transistor 110 controlling value of current supplied to the load, a holding capacitor 115, and first to fourth switches 111 to 114. After a threshold voltage of the transistor 110 is held in the holding capacitor 115, potential that corresponds to a video signal is input to the pixel, to allow a voltage obtained by adding the potential to the threshold voltage to be held. This can suppress the variation in current value caused by the variation in threshold voltage of the transistor 110. Consequently, a predetermined current can be supplied to the load 116 such as a light-emitting element. Further, by changing the potential of a power supply line 122, a display device with a high duty ratio can be provided.
