Disclosed is an aqueous degradable apparatus for removing food waste, which is capable of degrading and removing food waste generated in a house or a restaurant under water using a complex enzyme. The aqueous degradable apparatus for removing food waste of the present invention comprises a degradation tank for storing food waste and treated water; a water pump provided inside the degradation tank for rotating the treated water; a bio implantation assembly arranged inside the degradation tank, and arranged in a state of covering the surface of the treated water by buoyancy; and a biomaterial supply unit for supplying the complex enzyme to the bio implantation assembly.
