A solar cell module is disclosed according to one embodiment of the present invention wherein the solar cell module includes a plurality of solar cells each comprising: a back electrode formed on a substrate and having a first surface inclined at a first angle and a second surface inclined at a second angle with respect to the substrate and connected to the first surface; a light absorbing layer formed on the first surface of the back electrode; and a transparent electrode formed on the light absorbing layer. A transparent electrode of a first solar cell among the plurality of solar cells comes into contact with a second surface of a back electrode of a second solar cell adjacent to the first solar cell.
