PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for preventing load from concentrating on a server.SOLUTION: First information is transmitted to relay servers 50, 70 from a plurality of MFP 82, 84, 86 at first timing. Second information based on the first information is transmitted to a queue 92 from the relay servers. The second information is stored to the queue, and an information processing server 10 reads second information from the queue at second timing different from the first timing. The information processing server transmits to a database 96 third information based on the second information. Thus, when a communication path between the relay servers and the MFP is closed and the communication path is recovered, a plurality of second information is stored to the queue, and since the information processing server acquires the second information from the queue at timing different from timing at which the first information is transmitted to the relay servers by the device, it is possible to suppress load on the information processing server. |
