PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply obtain a relation between a reference point of a signal and a reference rotational angle of a cam.SOLUTION: A liquid transportation method uses: a tube; a cam; fingers disposed between the tube and the cam; a drive section rotating the cam; an encoder outputting a rotation angle of the cam; and an imaging section imaging the cam. The liquid transportation method performs the steps of: obtaining a reference point of a signal output by the encoder; rotating the cam from the reference point of the signal; rotating the cam, subsequently stopping the cam and determining an angle of the cam to be a predetermined rotation angle on the basis of an image imaged by the imaging section; and storing a count value of an output signal of the encoder from the reference point of the signal until the angle of the cam is the predetermined rotation angle. |
