The present invention provides a dredged soil transfer system comprising: a pump for generating compressed air; a pump module which is in communication with one side surface of a delivery pipe and which introduces the generated compressed air to the inside of the delivery pipe, thereby generating a plug flow which flows divided into a vapor phase part and a liquid phase part in the delivery pipe; a pipe module on which a coil for applying an electromagnetic wave to the liquid phase part is wound, the pipe module comprising a plurality of delivery pipes; a database for storing movement information regarding a flow velocity and a waveform according to the physical properties of the liquid phase part; and a control module for communicating via wire or wirelessly with the pipe module, the pump module and the database, and for applying, to the coil, a current having a waveform matching the flow waveform of the liquid phase part transported inside the delivery pipes. |
