Methods of forming a retreaded tire, and retreaded tires formed thereby include providing an unbonded retreaded tire and forming a curing assembly having an inner chamber arranged along the inner side of the unbonded retreaded tire containing an inflatable bladder for applying forces against the inner side of the unbonded retreaded tire. Furthermore, a flexible curing membrane sized for use with a plurality of differently sized unbonded retreaded tires is arranged around an outer circumference of the unbonded retreaded tire to form a vacuum chamber along an outer side of the unbonded retreaded tire. Subsequently, the inflatable bladder is inflated, the vacuum chamber is placed under at least partial vacuum pressure, and the unbonded retreaded tire is bonded to form a bonded retreaded tire by pressurizing and heating the curing chamber.
