The embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for operating a transmission/reception terminal through a resource allocation of a device to device (D2D) communication in a wireless communication system. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for operating a transmission terminal through a resource allocation of a device to device (D2D) communication in a wireless communication system comprises the steps of: mapping D2D control information for the D2D communication to at least any one of a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) and demodulation-reference signals (DM-RS); and transmitting, to a reception terminal, the D2D control information mapped to at least any one of the PDCCH, the PUSCH and the DM-RS.
