<p>The present invention is related to a method for the preparation of a polyalkoxylated nucleic acid molecule, wherein the method comprises separating the polyalkoxylated nucleic acid molecule from a mixture of nucleic acid molecules, wherein the mixture of nucleic acid molecules comprises the polyalkoxylated nucleic acid molecule and a non-polyalkoxylated nucleic acid molecule, and wherein the polyalkoxylated nucleic acid molecule is separated from the non-polyalkoxylated nucleic acid molecule by precipitating the polyalkoxylated nucleic acid molecule from the mixture.</p> |
