The hearth (11) is a sealed hearth (11). The heat exchanger (15) is provided with a first medium channel (154) in communication with the air blower (14) and the burner (13), and a second medium channel (153) capable of exchanging heat with the first medium channel (154) and used for exhausting waste gas in the hearth (11), and the second medium channel (153) is in communication with the hearth (11). By arranging the sealed hearth (11) and the heat exchanger (15), heat of the waste gas is exchanged with that of fed air, so that waste heat is carried back to the hearth (11) along with the air to heat the roasting pot (12), thereby improving the heat utilization efficiency.
