According to the present invention, the offshore structure comprises: a first top side module which is a truss structure disposed on an upper region of a hull having an air handling chamber; a second top side module which is the truss structure disposed on the upper region of the hull, and spaced from the first top side module; and an air-conditioning duct bridge unit mutually connecting the first top side module and the second top side module, and supplying an air of the air handling chamber to the second top side module to enable the first top side module and the second top side module to share the air handling chamber.</p>
