PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for destructive treatment of medical active ingredients included in transdermal therapeutic system (TTS) to prevent incorrect use of TTS to be used or that has been used that may be caused by persons, for example, those involved in medicinal practice because the amount of storage of medical active ingredients present in TTS is always necessary to be larger than the amount that is actually sent to patients to maintain a concentration gradient and thereby maintain a desired therapeutic plasma level of medical active ingredients throughout the treatment of TTS for transdermal application using active ingredients, buprenorphine and fentanyl.SOLUTION: Means for destructive treatment of medical active ingredients present in transdermal therapeutic system (TTS) has a multilayer structure and includes at least one layer in which oxidizing agents such as potassium permanganate and potassium nitrite are incorporated and at least one fiber layer. |
