PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regeneration filtration module, a regeneration device of used alkaline degreasing liquid and a regeneration method of used alkaline degreasing liquid having high regeneration effect of used alkaline degreasing liquid.SOLUTION: A regeneration filtration module of used alkaline degreasing liquid is the regeneration filtration module provided with a filtration film. Therein, the filtration film includes a support layer primarily comprising polytetrafluoroethylene and a filtration layer which is laminated on the surface of the support layer and is formed with a resin composition and filters the used alkaline degreasing liquid having pH of 8 or more. It is preferable that the resin composition forming the filtration layer primarily comprises polytetrafluoroethylene. A regeneration device of alkaline degreasing liquid includes a filtration tank for storing the used alkaline degreasing liquid, the regeneration filtration module immersed in the used alkaline degreasing liquid stored in the filtration tank and a suction pump which sucks alkaline degreasing liquid filtered by the filtration film.
