<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic device element which is inexpensive and flexible and has stable performance.SOLUTION: The organic device element is provided with at least a substrate, a lower electrode, a first short-circuit prevention layer, an organic semiconductor layer, a second short-circuit prevention layer, and an upper electrode in this order. When the electrical resistance of only the first short-circuit prevention layer is R1, the electrical resistance of only the second short-circuit prevention layer is R2, and the electrical resistance of a laminated film of the first short-circuit prevention layer and the second short-circuit prevention layer is R3, R3/(R1+R2)>1 is satisfied.</p> |
