PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a structure capable of easily manufacturing the structure in a target shape in a short period of time, a manufacturing method of a compact capable of easily manufacturing the compact formed to the structure in the target shape by being calcined in a short period of time and a processing material to be cut capable of being easily cut off to the compact in a target shape in a short period of time by being subjected to cutting work.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a compact for manufacturing the compact formed to a structure in a target shape by being calcined includes: a powder compacting step of pressure molding a composition containing metal powder and binder and obtaining a green compact 1 in which a ratio of relative density of a constituent material of the metal powder to real density thereof is 70% or more and is 90% or less; and a processing step of applying processing to the green compact 1 and obtaining the compact.
