<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo handling operation assignment system and a cargo handling operation assignment method capable of leveling a load associated with an operator's cargo handling operation.SOLUTION: A cargo handling operation assignment system 1 includes a database server 10, a terminal device 20 for a manager, and a terminal device 50 for an operator. The database server 10 stores information related to the weight of a cargo, information related to the size of the cargo, information related to an operation time indicating the time required for the handling of the cargo, and information related to the maximum loading size indicating the upper limit size of the cargo that can be loaded on a palette. The terminal device 20 for a manager assigns a handling operation to an operator L based on the information related to the weight of the cargo, the information related to the size of the cargo, the information related to the operation time, and the information related to the maximum loading size. The terminal device 50 for an operator is connected to the terminal device 20 for a manager through wireless communication, and presents the operator L with the result of the cargo handling operation assignment by the terminal device 20 for a manager.</p> |
