PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclone device separating and capturing powder mixed in air stream, with which fine powder having a submicron size is more efficiently captured.SOLUTION: An air stream introducing section 12 comprises: a spherical part 112a having a gradually expanding opening toward a conical section 13; an air stream introducing part 14 arranged on the spherical part 112a and introducing powder mixed air stream from tangential direction. The conical section 13 has a reverse cone shape whose diameter is gradually reduced along with apart from the spherical part 112a. The ratio Ha/Hb of full length Ha between the air stream introducing section 12 and full length of the conical section 13 is 1/5 or more and 1/3 or less. The internal diameter D3 of end part of a powder capturing section 116 at which an opening part 116a is arranged is a value of 1.2 times or more and twice or less of the internal diameter D1 of a connecting part between the air stream introducing section 12 and the conical section 13. |
