Terminal, Wireless Network and Communication Methods with Low Power Consumption

Embodiments of the present invention provide a communication method of an MTC terminal with low power consumption, which includes: sending, by the MTC terminal, a wireless channel request message to a base station through a random access channel; receiving, by the MTC terminal, an immediate assignment message delivered by a wireless network; and sending, by the MTC terminal, an MTC data report message to the wireless network, where the MTC data report message includes a unique identifier of the MTC terminal, authentication information and service data. The embodiments of the present invention further provide an MTC terminal with low power consumption, and a communication method and system of a wireless network with low power consumption, which can reduce power consumption of a wireless terminal during communication, so that the MTC terminal can maintain communication for a longer period of time.

1. A communication method of a machine type communication (MTC) terminal with low power consumption, comprising:
sending, by the MTC terminal, a channel request message to a base station (BTS) through a random access channel; receiving, by the MTC terminal, an immediate assignment message sent by a base station controller (BSC); and sending, by the MTC terminal, an MTC data report message to the BSC, wherein the MTC data report message comprises a unique identifier of the MTC terminal, authentication information and service data.
