<p>The present invention relates to a fluff removal device which controls the rotation speed of a motor and has a cooling fan. It includes a receiving part which receives fluff removed by a rotation blade part, a cover part installed to the receiving part, a rotation speed controlling part which controls the rotation speed of a motor which rotates the rotation blade part. It controls the rotation speed of the motor according to fabric materials of fluff in clothes. The fluff generated in the clothes can be removed by the rotation blade part driven by the motor. The cooling fan is adjacent to the motor in order to prevent damage to the motor due to the heat of the motor generated by high-speed rotation. Thereby, the fluff of the fabric can be accurately removed by rotation blade parts.</p>
