<p>The present invention relates to a paper cup including a dual border and a preparation method thereof. According to the present invention, the paper cup includes: a first border separated from the cylindrical body to function as a stirrer substituting for a spoon or a tea bag handle fixating device; and a second border to come in contact with the body of a user who drinks a beverage in the paper cup. Therefore, the paper cup enables users to drink a beverage in a hygienic and safe manner.</p>
