A light emitting device array unit according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a substrate part, a plurality of light emitting devices which are arranged on the substrate part, and a molding part which integrally molds the substrate part and the light emitting devices and includes a diffusion material. The present invention reduces manufacturing costs.
