<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus to inspect a welding part of a boiler tube capable of exactly determining whether a wrong material is used for a welding rod; and an inspection method using the same. According to the present invention, provided is the apparatus to inspect a welding part of a boiler tube comprising: a detection probe to detect a change in a magnetic field with respect to a welding part of a boiler tube, and to convert the same into a digital value; a controller programmed to have a conversion program to convert the digital value provided from the detection probe into magnetic permeability, to confirm an average magnetic permeability based on the magnetic permeability by each number of inspection by the detection probe, and to determine whether a non-recommended welding rod is used to determine whether a part of using a non-recommended welding rod is based on the average magnetic permeability; and a display part to display by graphing the magnetic permeability by each inspection number of the detection probe provided by the controller, and to display a result information determined by the controller.</p> |
